I hope you find this video helpful upon choosing the best weapon for your claymore user. Now as mentioned in the video, Imma put the damage calculator simulation below but it's gonna be at level 80 and refinement rank 5, so you can get more comprehensive comparation between these 2 before you spend all that mora and material to grind em to their maximum potential.

Prototype Aminus:
Base ATK = 497
ATK = 25,10%
Overall ATK = 622 (497 + (25,10% x 497))
Effect = 2.984 (50% chance to deal 480% ATK DMG, once every 15s)
15 Hit in 15s = 12.311 ((622 x 15) + 2.984)

Debate Club:
Base ATK = 355
ATK = 32,10%
Overall ATK = 469 (355 + (32,10% x 355))
Effect = 2814 (additional 120% ATK DMG, once every 3s)
15 Hit in 15s = 9.848 ((469 x 15) + 2.814)

Keep in mind that above simulation is based on my own calculation, and ignoring other aspects like:
1. Character Stats;
2. Artifact Stats; and
3. How many times you could actually hit in 15s since every character has its own speed (for instance, Beidou ATK SPD is faster than Razor).
