If you ask me where is the best place to have hotpot in Kota Kinabalu, I would say Siok Siok Pot 爽爽锅 is undoubtedly on the top of my list!! One of the best in KK!! Buffet style!! Generous ingredients!! Fresh!! Tasty!! 5-stars rated!! Siok siok!! They are located at Pintas Avenue, just beside Fish Guru.
They serve good variety of fresh ingredients daily including fresh prawns, crabs, fish, meat slices, mushrooms etc. Not only they are very generous with their ingredients, their ingredients are super fresh!! Many choices as well!! Just as their name suggested, eat here until siok siok!!! We ordered their Tomyum and Tomato soup base, great taste!!

Their intelligent automatic lifting hot pot is also something must be mentioned. After you cook you foods in the hotpot soup, you can lift the ingredients up!! Convenient right?? Also can BBQ here!!!
I also love the Thai Red Tea and Thai Green Tea that they serve, very yummy!! They also have nice ice cream, ABC, cakes for desserts. They also have Fried Foods such as Fried Chicken Wings and Fries for you to enjoy while waiting for your hotpot foods to cook. I would give the overall experience 5-stars. From the foods to the drinks, there is nothing to complain about. Just excellent. Would definitely come back again!!
