Visual Studio (First Xamarin Android App)

This video we use the new visual studio 2019 to explore xamarin android application. It also explains the newer features on the xamarin android project setup. So this video video requires the latest visual studio (Visual studio 2019) and xamarin installed.

When I open "activity_main.xml" it says "Building project..." and it doesnt stop, it has been doing it for an hour now. Also theres a warning saying "Cannot find `aapt.exe`. Please install the Android SDK Build-Tools package with the `C:\Program Files program" and when I open the bat file nothing happens, could you please help me fix this?

Hello, thanks for your videos. All about Xamarin MS. Since u've experience ... I already start on 2012 with Eclipse and I stopped there due to weak debugger... we cannot follow anything. and Netbeans settings is too complicated.
In your opinion, (I know C series and Java too) which has fewer bugs, I mean eclipse gives errors where actually there no, or they are false errors.
I need to select between MS Xamarin, Android Studio, unity, visual studio code, longrange or alpha software ?
I want to make a game that connects with each other P2P (I have some exp. with Java with this but not tested)


1. I need a very powerful one for now 2D
2. easy debugger (runtime) and setup the software
3. predict word when typing
4. good help found on the net

I got an error when clicking ''activity_main.xml'', MainActivity.cs(17, 44): error CS0117: 'Resource.Layout' does not contain a definition for ''activity_main'
