To say the progress has been significant is an understatement. Not only have my numbers gone up but my body feels entirely different. Where I was incredibly kyphotic, I now naturally stand taller and my shoulders sit back allowing me better bade level functional strength.

Back pain is also gone and my performance on the table is clearly at its peak.

I can't wait to rip in at East vs West 5.

At only 5 weeks in this program is already a. game changer for me. I can't wait to see where I am at by the end of the year.
