Man, I swear, after two seasons with the V6 1.6 ugly sounding hybrids, the V8 sounds already to me like a V10.

The sound of a flat plane v8 is vastly underrated, and although not better then a v10 or v12, the sound still brought a tear of joy to any true car enthusiast.

The high pitch scream when it approaches from afar, the sounded changes as it zooms past in high gear and echoes off into the next corner.
The different tire looks, the on-board camera noises, the cars themselves and the old logo. 2000's F1 was what I enjoyed as a teen.
None of that remained. I haven't watched it since that era ends and I won't, but things like this take me back.

Yep I could listen and watch this all day, pretty much all I do is watch old F1 races, watching the german grand prix at hockenheim 1995 now, I was fortunate enough to go to all the F1 races at indy when F1 went from V10 to V8 power, I miss those years...cheers to all.
