Create an infinite Fibonacci Series in Python

Sometimes we want to create a list of elements that are very expensive
to calculate. We can create a list and wait until all
the elements are calculated before we use it. Although this works
but it is not very efficient. Python provides a way to create a custom iterator
so each element is calculated only when needed.
We use Python generators to create an an infinite Fibonacci Series
