I just started using them for the first time. And planning to completely switch to these pads from my next cycle. They are definitely not leaking for long hours. You can wear it to your workplace. You can change in 4-5 hours on your heavy flow days... depending on your flow and comfort. Not to worry so much... Just you need to get used to using cloth pads... washing and carrying your used pads to home. I like the product quality.

Arrgh....this is a messy business. These pads are going to stain, no matter how hard or how much you rinse and wash! You will not wear them for many periods, unless they are black, and you don't notice the discolouration.
