Unbelievable story of invention of the USB| Invention that brought computers to homes| @theB-spot

Have you ever heard about the Hadron super collider?
Good. Humne bhi nhi suna but what you may have heard about and seen is the USB. USB or the Universal Serial Bus, a common connection technology that we use in our day-to-day life. But do you know how this technology came to be or what it used to be before it was invented. Before USB all the external devices that we use now a days used to have different connection plugs whit unique configuration. Simply put you would have to have separate ports for using a mouse, keyboard, speakers and printers etc. Also, each time you plug in a new peripheral device, you'll have to install it drivers to make it work. After introducing the usb most of the peripherals now work as plug and play type that to with one common usb port.
