Union Home Minister Amit Shah was in Karnataka yesterday in which he held a meeting with the core committee members of the BJP. This comes ahead of the Karnataka elections which will be held in some time. He lauded the decision of the state Government to do away with the 4% muslim quota. He also asked the party members to prepare strategies for the upcoming elections. He said that 'this time the Congress has released a list of 124, but they will not get more than 40 seats from that list.' The two hour long meeting was also attended by BS Yediyurappa.
