Our Egg Retrieval Day!!

Egg Retrieval day is here!! Come with us as we do our first IVF retrieval in the United States. We plan on doing three total in order to get the most amount of eggs frozen due to Jessi's low AMH.

Support from an internet stranger! I had 4 eggs retrieved; three fertilized, two grew, one was genetically healthy and that one stuck. Truly a miracle. I hope that for you so much! I am living with Jessi all the process with tears… I did the same path… and I failed, I gave up and on sept 15, 2006 I prayed and crying said to our Holly Mother Mary: I accept to be an aunt and a stepmother”, on March 2007 I discovered I was pregnant… i thought it was bird flu… now my son is 17 and he is senior high school. All my prayers are with Jessi.

I never comment. Because I went this route and it cost me a lot emotionally.
I was 38 yrs old. Had so many Endo ops prior to iVF.
By 40, I had adopted twins, who are now 20.
Never ever stopped longing for my own flesh and blood
But exceedingly grateful for the gift of twin girls, whom I devoted my life to, as a full time Mom.

Oh, congratulations! That went so well and I'm happy for you! Don't give up. I had a lot of female issues too. I was told I would never have kids. There were ups and downs along the way, which I won't go into, but in the end, I had 2 girls and a boy. My "kids" are in their 40s now...and I have grandchildren! They were all worth the struggle and I feel so blessed! Hang in there! I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!

fellow IVF person here (also Low AMH). We did 2 collections and froze. A month-ish later a frozen embryo transfer of 2. were luck both took (my twins will be 11). its wild to think the youngest could have actually been an embryo created before the oldest . I am sure you will have a baby in your arms very soon!
