Hi, great video but I’m confused how you know the middle row and column should be 0 in the Cl2 example? How do you know it shouldn’t be 0 for the first row & column or the third row and column? Or should it always be zero in between the two isotopes if there are only two isotopes? What happens if there are 3 isotopes? Where do the zeros then go?

Thank you! In the video, you've shown the patterns of Cl2 but how do we calculate the relative abundances of the Cl 35+ and Cl 37+ fragments?
