Interesting video. I was thinking about buying this machine, but I already have the MiniHifu you don't like. You just have to keep moving it during the application. I had good results. But to be honest, if someone wants to save money they should microneedle their face and neck every second day with a 0.25 dermaroller (yes, it does induce collagen formation at this depth). Some people make such a fuss when it comes to microneedling (infections, have it done by a professional, blabla). I even microneedle my neck at 0.25 while watching TV in the evening and I got rid of my necklace lines. Also, with microneedling you don't risk any fat loss. Keep it simple and safe.

Wow thank you. I bought this a year ago and found the instructions atrocious. I researched and tried to seek out videos with little success. I didn’t realise that you had to press the button with each placement. I thought it was the power on button so it was just powered on and left through the treatment. Like l said rubbish instructions. Just got it done today in Paris with Sam Dacosta. It had an immediate firming effect and didn’t hurt at all. I’ll wait and see how it tightens more as the months pass.

Thanks for this! I’ve found that ultrasound gels hides most of the sensations of these treatments. But if you catch an area where you missed applying the gel you’ll certainly feel it then😅

I did that recently with a doctor, when he went with the machine over my neck it was the most painful thing I ever experienced.My neck hurt for good 24 h and the pain lingered for 2 days.He never did hifu around my mouth because there are losts of nerves that could be damaged.Previously I had hifu done in a cosmetic salon, where they did area around my mouth and even my teeth hurt and were overly sensitive for the next few days, the girl even burnt my lip with hifu, a year and half later my lip is still crooked.

Hifu need to be used after anesthetic cream treatmennt coz it is deamn hurts a lot. But lowing down not on necessity spots power will lowed effect...also, after treatment its still can be hurts a lot about month ( if it was real professional hifu) or few days (if it was home). But effect of it is

Ps. Just professional (the real one from clinic device) must be used 1-2 in a year depending on you condition. And this one is much much softer then the one i was feeled in Korean clinic ...it was so painful even with 8% lidocaine cream setting for 15 min...i almost cried...

Hello Jay! I love your videos. You've saved me thousands in botox and fillers with these HIFU tutorials. For the most part my results have been great. I did 3 hifus this first year with the same device you used. However after this last treatment i noticed some unevenness and lumpiness still 1 month afterwards. Around my jawline. I aggressively targeted my under chin area and periorbital area that creases down to my chin when I smile. On my other previous 2 treatments i did my face and neck like "bricks". Not worrying too much about spaces i could have missed between bricks. This last time I was hoping being more meticulous in this chin area would benefit even more. But i have some lumpiness and uneven looking silhouette of my underchin. Have you or anyone else experienced this? I was wondering since this procedure is actually somewhat invasive, if wearing a compression bandage at night post procedure around my face and head would help smooth this out and ensure more smooth contours after healing. I had a professional rf procedure done once where they inserted a probe under my skin. And i did wear an ace bandage around my head at night for a month afterwards per doctor's instructions. It seems like 4.5mm would be just as deep a treatment with this HIFU. I wonder why compression bandaging is not advised after this? And if it would mold the face to the most ideal shape during the healing process. Such as with the invasive subdermal probe Rf lift

I also have the Nira laser device which I use daily, how would I fit this in with the Hifu?
