🚘Tesla layoffs: Tesla laid off its supercharger team and other software, service, and engineering departments. Former Tesla employees posted about their termination on social media. He just doesn't want to pay for something the government should have built, standardized, and provided (charging infrastructure) for the EVs being pushed upon all Americans. He essentially gave the USA a break letting Ford and other carmakers use some of his charging stations.

If EVs are going to be for ALL the states, then the infrastructure MUST BE AVAILABLE for ALL the states. NOT just the coastal states, our largest cities, or the select highways between them!

Flyover states and rural areas have every right to the freedom of travel equality!

While I’m not the biggest fan of Elon Musk, he is right to focus on what differentiates Tesla, and that’s autonomy. Simply selling EVs and putting up chargers is a race to the bottom financially.
