VALORANT Couldnt Start error FIX!

whenever i open install valorant it says Do you want to allow Riot Client to make changes to your device? I press yes and then nothing happens, i also cant find valorant inside task manager. I would really appreciate it if you could help

man it only works for me when i restart my pc then after closing valorant it will have an error again and i will have to restart my pc again.
