Kylie products are now outdated. They went viral because she had plastic surgery done but lied about it and sold the lipsticks to her fans saying that the lip kits help her achive the look. They are pretty drying formula and not that long lasting at all.

I bought it 7 years ago. It was terrible back then. Took 2 weeks to arrive and the formula was like a chewing gum. Yes not the fragrance but the texture was like a chewing gum on my lips. I hope it was better for you.

you're supposed to fill in your lips with the lip pencil and then layer it with the lipstick. That way, when the lipstick wears off, you still have the lip liner below. It's written on the packaging. 💗
