omg sardine in spicy tomato sauce was my favorite as a child. i am in my early twenties now and rarely ate them anymore but everytime i did it's always nostalgic. paired with warm jasmine rice they're so chef's kiss 😋

I use a regular hoagie roll I use lots of onions and peppers I also use scotch bonnet pepper sauce so good another thing I like to eat it with is boiled eggs and fried rice don't forget the pepper sauce I'll definitely try it with the tomato sauce next time and the bah mi looks amazing 😊

I add shallots, chopped green chilli and a squeeze of lime. Then I make a sandwich.
