I'm going to listen to Eckhart all day long today. The agency we are renting the house from informed today that they put this house on sale. We moved in just 8 months ago. It was a big move for us, a big challenge. I was shocked with such news. I overreacted. I'm trying to put myself together. Thank you, Eckhart.

So true, there is always a lesson and growth in every challenge. I apply this approach even to the minor annoyances, such as waiting in a long queue or dealing with an impolite person. 'This is great spiritual practice!' I tell myself. It really works (and it makes me giggle :D). As Eckhart says, when we practice with the small things, we prepare ourselves for the truly significant challenges in life.

This is exactly what I needed today As I get ready to appear as a defendant in a criminal pretrial hearing tomorrow and a jury trial a month from now, I fully embrace the wisdom that comes from the vertical dimension! The truth of who I am and the truth of what actually happened and didn't happen will never change...no matter what happens in the legal proceeding! It has been a profound awakening in me as a result of this challenge! Radical Acceptance of what is in every moment has allowed me to stay calm and reasoned and joyful over the two and a half years since my arrest! I trust that i have a good lawyer and that the result will be in my favor...but if I'm found guilty for something I didn't do, I know I won't be the first innocent person to go to prison for something they didn't do! And the most important thing for me is to know that nothing will have changed no matter what the legal outcome! I will still be who I am, and the truth of what happened and didn't happen will still be the same!

Eckhart, your teachings and wisdom have been a great help and blessing in my life and I humbly ask that you Keep me in your thoughts over this next period of horizontal time if you are so inclined!

Totally agree with Eckhart here, I apply this wisdom to resolving issues and differences in my work as a Realtor. It is extremely important to apply wisdom to not create but to resolve with a higher view many issues, sometimes created by ignorance, prejudice and the false beliefs!!! Very difficult to do, because to know what's the right thing to do and to be able to guide others to do it is, YES, very difficult, but very rewarding at the end. Awarenss and conscious decisions are needed to solve problems, always.
