Thank you for sharing. I filed chapter 7 in October of 2021. I received my discharge letter in July 2022. I applied for a credit card august 2022 and to my surprise, I was approved for a $5000 limit. 3 months letter they increased my credit limit to $8000! I only use my credit card for gas and pay it right off. Today My credit score is 715, one year after filing bankruptcy. I feel so blessed. My goal is to be in the 800 club the end of 2024. I haven’t even finished watching this and I’m in tears. I feel your pain, I’m currently going through a divorce due to domestic violence and now I’m a single mom with kids. Giving my heart to God during this season is helping me tremendously. This video was recommended to me because I’m considering bankruptcy. Like you, I was the financially responsible one and he wasn’t. But unfortunately I’m left with the debt because credit was always stronger. But I’m looking forward to better days ahead ❤
