This is probably my favorite smoothie flavor. Little hard to choose a flavor since they are all so good together. The flavors of mango and cashew meld so well. Adding nuts to your smoothie is a great way to add protein without the protein powder. Avoid the chia seeds if you do not plan on drinking this immediately.

Cook time: 5 minutes Serves: 2

½ cup mango slices peeled
¼ cup cashew
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
