*Stree-2* is a prime example of how a poorly written plot can ruin a movie. The story is a chaotic mess, with no clear direction on who is supposed to defeat the "Sir Kata" monster. Initially, the film suggests that Shraddha Kapoor's character will be the one to vanquish the monster. However, the focus abruptly shifts to Rajkumar Rao, who supposedly possesses the true powers needed to fight. Then, Varun Dhawan's character, Bhediya, is introduced as another potential savior, only for him to fail as well. In a final twist, Shraddha Kapoor’s character calls upon her mother, Stree, for help, but even she struggles to pull the sword from the rock to kill the monster. It’s only after much confusion and unnecessary buildup that Rajkumar Rao's character succeeds in retrieving the sword, which he then hands over to Stree to finish the job. The entire movie feels disjointed and dragged out, with the writer seemingly unsure of what direction to take. The execution is poor, making the film a complete waste of time and money.
