CSG/ERC 2014 Conference on Resiliency: Mayor Martin Walsh, City of Boston

On March 7-8, 2014, The Council of State Governments/Eastern Regional Conference (CSG/ERC) brought together more than 80 state officials and staff from across the Northeast for a special dialogue with a range of experts who are implementing innovative strategies for making the region's energy and transportation infrastructure and vulnerable communities more resilient to the impact of severe storms.
