I CONSTANTLY go back and forth between: should I create YouTube videos first? or do all of this first, so I can offer things in my future videos? You're right, the hard part is basically trying to build your business out BEFORE you even know if this is truly what you want to do or have an audience. And by saying that I have been fully writing out all my Branding stuff: Mission statement, brand identity, my target audience what problems I am going to solve, etc. etc. in my Google Docs to get my head clear about all this first.
