Lecture 1
Date & Time: Monday, 25 February 2019, 11:30 AM

Lecture 2
Date & Time: Thursday, 28 February 2019, 11:00 AM

Lecture 3
Date & Time: Friday, 01 March 2019, 10:00 AM

Three dimensional gravity has the potential to be the simplest model of quantum gravity. In particular it has shown novel insight to the fundamental mechanics behind holography. In these lectures I'll overview recent progress on non-perturbative aspects of these theories with particular emphasis on its relation to Chern-Simons theory. The lectures will cover the role of Wilson lines in Chern-Simons theory and 3D gravity, which provide an interesting observable to explore locality--and the lack of it.

I trully dont mind with the camera work. Im here for the physics after all. Many thanks for posting this video, and keep your good job!

Why not have this all written out beforehand, give everyone a copy, and then talk about it . Seems like a lot of time could be saved .

The audio is so bad. Sounds more like a 1990 video rather than a 2019 video.

The audience should let her speak more.

I think physics needs a logic approach

pro tip: writing chalk on blackboard is incredibly time inefficient and a poor communicator. Use already prepared material.
