I loved this video and added so many to the TBR. Also - Hench, after I saw you review it I read it and it was so good! Loved it and am now bugging people to read it. Unfortunately, Down Came the Night was a DNF for me. There was a lot that bugged me about the main protagonist, but I do not want to spoil anything and I hope your mileage varies on this. I had wanted to love it as it sounded like it had so many great elements.

yes! beyond the ruby veil is so slept on and it’s sapphic as hell and the protagonist is a straight up ambitious af villain who you’ll love to hate

also house of hollow is sapphic too
