Solan. Creating ruckus proved to be costly for some unruly youths who had come from other states to visit the beautiful and serene valleys of Himachal. While going towards Shimla, all of them were hanging on the roof and windows of the vehicle and creating ruckus. The people sitting in the vehicle behind them captured the ruckus creating youths on their mobile phones and informed Kandaghat police about it. After getting the information, Kandaghat police stopped the vehicles of the unruly youths and took them to the police station. There, both the vehicles were challaned for dangerous driving.
