There are 2 marbles enclosed in the puzzle on a curved ramp. Can you get a marble in each of the two holes on either end?

I took off the top see-through piece to get rid of some of the reflection for the video. But I found that it does need the top plate to keep the marbles inside the puzzle.

I didn't think about spinning it, my first thought was hold it in my hand and throw my arm in a circle. Which, after some contemplation while I type this, would only force the marbles to the center peg.

I feel like I was on the right track, but would not execute the correct maneuver.
