Cannondale use to make and still makes one of the best alluminum bikes in the world. When done good, bikes made from aluminum are amazing and too often underrated because of huge world wide popularity of carbon. I do have 2 Cannondales, one 2.8 R800 and other one Caad10. They are both fun bikes that can really put the smile on the face once you get them running.

Found your videos after I just picked up a great condition '96 R500 with a completely working original Shimano RSX groupset. I was so surprised how straight up fast and durable this bike is for a couple hundred bucks on FB Marketplace.
