Bro what happens if we stop doing all those things which gives us pleasure/dopamine. I mean what will happen if we will lack dopamine or start living without dopamine what will be the pros and cons.

I have a question. How to make "work that we hate" make our source of dopamine?

I make plan. I follow it. But *sticking* to it is very unmotivational. In other words, *repition* of the same thing *everyday* is the most difficult part.
