This past Friday, Thomas Schratwieser became the first patient of the Andrew C. Carlos Multiple Sclerosis Institute at Shepherd Center to receive his 200th infusion (that's more than 400 hours over 18 years!) of Tysabri, a medication that can decrease the risk of exacerbations of multiple sclerosis and help prevent progression of the disease. We love a good celebration at Shepherd Center, so the team in our infusion center rolled out the red carpet for Thomas to recognize this tremendous milestone. Congrats, Thomas -- we're so glad you're part of the Shepherd Center family!
