For then walls and trumpets I personally would recommend using the chaser weapon. With it you need only to dodge the attacks and sometimes get close to the wall.

You can defeat easier the final wall with the charge attack

Just a tip, for the checkerboard mini boss, all you have to do is charge shot it’s eye 3 times and it’s dead

This is by far the worst Run and Gun level. It's not because it's hard because cuphead is by default a hard game. It's just stupidly designed.
