I like 'em full and I like 'em cheap. This 10x10 delivers just that! It appears to be a handyman's locker, with lots of tools visible from the doorway, and maybe some antiques too. You should have kept the vintage metal tool box. A little soap and water would have done it good. There is a decent market for them. They sure beat the plastic ones on the market today.

Sometimes the not so great lockers at least provide excitement to your viewers bc it's always interesting waiting to see the random stuff that's in each box and bag!
Jack, idk if there were any more kewpie figurines in that one box of wrapped glassware, usually people have sets of them and if they are marked " Rose O'Neil " or made in Germany or occupied Japan, they have a little value to them! 🙂 They would definitely be an auction item if they are the older ones! 🤞

The other tool you going with the carpet stretcher is a seam tale heating tool. When you have to put sections together.
