Didnt you think about jungle temples? There you can get a pistol and a lever in a few moments and you just have to get copper from a cave.

If you get a gold axe out of a ruined portal and mine jungle trees for the boat and piston, then run into a jungle temple for the redstone and iron, mine the walls for cobblestone, then run to a river, hit a zombie into the water and turn it into a drowned for copper and then get the 1/700 chance that a panda sneezes out a slimeball. Could get like under 4mins like that. Or you could also just get a sinkhole/massive ravine inside a slime chunk which would be easier to get a slime ball, but then you would have to run all the way back up for a sheep
