Massive PlayStation 4 Update Incoming

On the heels of the announcement that PlayStation 4 has sold over 7 million units, Sony has unveiled its upcoming firmware update for the console.

- Still no YouTube/4oD/ITV Player app
- Still no DLNA
- Still no MP3/CD/3D BluRay playback
- Still no USB video playback
- Still no ID changes
- Still no home screen customization/organisation
- Still no option to turn off the DS4 lightbar
- Still no friend notifications

Hopefully there's an update that lets us customize the PS4 colors/themes/wallpapers and also maybe allow use of your own music in the main home menu to replace that elevator tune

People are still trying to diss the PS4, saying it doesn't have any games?
Strange, because the PS4 has more games than the X1 right now.
And I'm not talking exclusives only. I'm talking about exclusive & multi-platform combined.
Don't believe me? Make a list.
I'm guessing a 'game' to most of you is just a AAA game.
That sucks. You guys are missing out on a huge variety of games.

I want more customization, like themes, more avatars, the ability to pick a color on a light bar, the ability to make the light around the console stay blue (it looks so cool)

Honestly, changing PSN id was like half the reason I was pumped for next gen. I thought that would have been such a obvious and pretty much guaranteed feature, but still nothing....

-DLNA
-3D Bluray support
-Backwards compatibility (if possible through software)
-Playstation Now 
-Cross gen chat
-Friend notifications
-Change username
All in all I love my PS4 but this is my list of minor complaints that could make a great console even better.

As some one who owned a ps3 and a Xbox 360 I can speak for allot of people after what Microsoft tried to do it will take a lot to undo the damage done
