Lesson 3.4 (Closed Leontief Model)

Suppose several industries are linked, i.e. they need each other products in order to make their own products. Such a group of industries can be treated as a whole and a natural question to ask is: how much do they need to produce relative to each other in order to make their products.

The mathematical model than answers this question is the Closed Leontief model.
