This is an easy to use set of Ph testers. Just a bit of urine or saliva will be all it takes to know your ph levels. Elevated acidic levels are known to cause inflammation and is even linked to cancer. I still need to read up (ebook was included) on how to decipher the results. The chart is easy enough to read, the bluer and greener the color the more alkaline your body is; and the yellow and reds mean more acidic. This is a great pairing for anyone looking to keep better track of their health, especially when on a healthy diet. I am going back on a more vegetarian diet, so I will be testing it at the beginning and then after 3 weeks to see if my body's read out is different than at the beginning of the diet. #green
