I always just use a griffin...

1. agro all the wyverns
2. Kite them HIGH into the sky
3. Dive back down into the cavern to search for eggs (i collect the low levels for easy food/kibble.)

Depending on how high you went it'll take the wyverns 2-3 minutes to get back.

Hey, next time, after dying, go back and kite the wyvern away from the egg, and die far away. That way when you go back and grab the inventory, the wyvern will be far enough away to not aggro.

This is why you try to spot a bronto before going in then kite the wyvern to it after getting the egg. Or since you're on rag, you could get a griffin first. They're pretty good at escaping wyverns if you dive right.

Pro tip, there’s a tunnel in the middle of the trench that you can trap wyverns in

(Pro tip for early game) make it out of the trench as far as you can with a pt and then allow the wyvern to kill you from there spawn at the other side of the map that will normally despawn the wyvern chasing you. Die and spawn at high lands again and you should be able to grab the egg without a problem.

Yo bro tip if u only have pts, head for the trees.. wyverns will get stuck in them or it will atleast slow them down so you can escape more easy👍🏻

Also, you can do what I do: make a trap to tame a griffin and use the pt to trap it. Just gotta have enough tranqs. Griffs make egg hunting so much easier.

This is how it’s done; you bring 3 pteras and set 2 to attack the wyvern while you escape on the other.

This is why you use a griffin. You dive twice and leave them in the dust. plus the dive bomb is STRONG.
