It's not just in Jamaica the men think they can just 'have' a woman. The same attitudes are in Jamaican descent men in the UK as well. They think because they like a woman the woman is automatically theirs, it's like a sickness with them. Because they fake act like english men, who can be very reserved but have the brash Jamaican mindset towards woman, it can be very disarming and women find themselves in a difficult situation very quickly.
