Yeah the answer is B. The final calculations are easy but first you have to identify the pattern. I've done a lot of these tests lately. I'm a lot faster at mentally eliminating nonexistent patterns. I don't dwell on them. Instead you need to recognize a pattern, any pattern, even if it's inexact at first. In this case the numbers in the middle row are larger than the numbers flanking them in the first and last rows. You can learn how to master these IQ tests. For what purpose I don't know. But it's a skill that can be taught.
