I love hearing about the beautiful components used in building the Massive Passive. It sounds like a work of art (and looks like one, too). The Massive Passive is genuinely something to be proud of.

I’m just here as a UA plugin owner so disregard me but how very interesting was it to know where does the brand name come from, super cool!

Firstly let’s start at the beginning - I purchased the unit in Toronto, Canada where I live December 2022 - the unit was purchased for my studio which at that point was to be opened in Ghana. The unit was bought brand new, when the unit was turned on once for testing - it did not work. Brought it back to Long & Mcquade because it was just bought - the tech said there was nothing wrong with the unit might just be a faulty cable. Tried it again in the studio and it worked. Put the unit back in its original packaging. Upon finally building and opening the studio I turned the unit on in October of 2023 to find that it wasn’t working - contacted Manley support who told me that this was a recurring problem with the unit and they are aware of the problem.

The problem here is the lack of integrity and transparency- I did my due diligence the unit was not working upon purchasing - the techs in Toronto were not informed of the ongoing problem with the unit and so could not diagnose and address the problem correctly.

Your customer service is rude and disrespectful- I do not expect you to come to Africa and fix the problem - nor do I expect to find some tech in Africa that is able to work on this unit I spent so much money on - that should have been working out the box.

Secondly why are you referring me to my customer name in a public forum like this - where is the integrity - where is the accountability.

But when I put up the video, I hope that people will see my good intentions on purchasing your product - to the aid of music in Africa. See your rudeness - lack of understand and poor customer support - how unreliable your product is.

I have screen shot my comments that were previously removed and they will be put in the video as well.
I hope your statements will be clearly seen by those who hope on your product as a solution and save their hard earn money to purchase product will have a reconsideration. I could have purchased a curve bender or the chandler- what a wasted of my money.

Disrespectful and rude. No integrity. And since your running joke about coming to Africa is so cute I hope that when I post my video it will fall on the right African ears and they will also act to take appropriate response.
