Birmingham fly tipper caught out by Clean Air Zone dumping rubbish in same place six times

A man who flytipped a huge pile of rubbish in the same place six times in a week was caught out by Birmingham's Clean Air Zone.

Adrian Bivolaru's van was recorded making repeat trips to the site at Little Edward Street in Digbeth in March last year.

Should have been fined double the full clean up, disposal, investigation and prosecution costs.
