Get rid of hanabusa. Was the employee who she is being blamed for leaving have any connections with hanabusa . Donations?money laundering?

I would keep Kahikina, since all the mainlanders who had her position in the past and got paid heavily left for the mainland and still getting paid for a luxuries amount of dollars as oppose to Kahikina who is getting paid a lower amount of dollars and she is satisfied with the amount which she mentioned it’s still a large amount I’m getting paid!

Aside from obvious monetary loss from high turn over costs and upending a high stakes project's sustainability, there is a serious hemorrhaging of resources from workplace toxicity that goes unchecked: systemic morale depletion, instability in protocol and procedure enforcement. Lose money. Ultimately. But also lose aloha and lose hope to see patterns of dysfunction perpetuate itself. Bad karma foundationally. The Rail should not be built on the foundations of bodies of those who idealistically want something to succeed.
