This is how I make the BEST Alfredo Pasta!

🤍CREAMY VEGAN ALFREDO🤍 This pasta is creamy as it is dreamy! I love so many things about my Alfredo but the best blessing is that you only need a few, easy to find ingredients to blend, sauté, and serve up this #vegan dish. 💕 Also, if you are looking to lighten up this Alfredo you can use boiled cauliflower instead of pine nuts along with the sensational seasoning for a fresh and fabulous dinner. CREAMY ALFREDO SAUCE:
Soaked Pine Nuts, Cashews, or Boiled Cauliflower (1.5-2 Cups)
Plant Based Milk (2 Cups)
Nutritional Yeast (¼ Cup)
Lemon Juice (3 Tbs)
Garlic Powder (2 Tbs)
Onion Powder (2 Tbs)
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
🔥 BLEND TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY

HOT ALFREDO SAUCE:
Vegan Butter or Oil (3 Tbs)
Minced Garlic (3 Tbs)
Blended Creamy Alfredo Sauce (1-2 Cups)
Vegan Parmesan @followyourheart (½-1 Cup)
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
🔥 HEAT AND MIX TOGETHER UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND HOT

PREPARE AS NEEDED:
Al Dente Cooked Gluten-free Fettuccine Noodles

TASTY TOPPINGS:
Minced Parsley
