man I love the mustang, but a mustang is hardly a mustang without the dynamic vibrato and the crazy switches! I'm glad there are finally some new fender mustangs that check all the boxes!

I watched this video a few weeks ago and loved the Mustang sound, so much that I got myself a pre-owned Squier Classic Vibe Mustang. In over 30 years of playing I have never enjoyed playing as much I do with the Mustang. I'm stunned why they aren't as popular as the Strat and Tele.. Thanks for this video it's opened up the amazing world of the Mustang to me.

I’m a huge Mustang freak and this and the performer Mustang are magical Mustangs! Had to get them both haha. The setup on this was super good, I was shocked that it didn’t fret out at all with it’s vintage radius. But I love that they made this one vintage spec, just as I love that the performer is a Mustang at heart but a modern take. My only wish is that one day Fender might go all the way and do an accurate Mexican or American reissue of the L series 1964 Mustang with the original smaller jazzmaster looking headstock or the early 1965 which looked exactly the same. I love that original headstock so much 🙏. This is the closest thing so far to that, with it’s dot placement and button tuners so I had to get it. And the pickups sounds amazing. Has that vintage Mustang mojo, only wish it had the original shaped headstock and came in dakota red and it would be perfect 🙏😸 hopefully one day. Or I just have to search and save up for a real 64 or early 65

I wrote purple Rain on my 1964 mustang back in 1979 for Prince he put it out 1984 🎸I bought my fender mustang from a guy in my high school 1976
