the over exposure is a bit disappointing but like you said it can easily be fixed by hitting up manual mode! I think this phone will be my next even above the new pixel phones damn you btw HTC

as a LG G3 user, i have the same exposure issue mentioned in the video. altough the phone is more than 2 years old now, i can say it is a very good camera. especially after seeing the oversaturates s7 & s6 photos on my friends phones. iphone stays true to life and with good white balance (talking bout the iphone 6s photos) and could see myself upgrading to v20

Automatic mode doesn't really matter tbh any one how buys this phone for the camera knows how to use manual mode.

They did just about everything else right though. Whip out that manual mode and bring up the shadows in post. Not the perfect situation but that produces the best results or HDR I guess.

This version of the phone is not even the final product that will be sold to consumers. I'm sure software camera updates will come through and fix these camera issues.

All the V20 discrepancies you've heard here, can all easily be corrected by switching to manual mode and adjusting either the ISO, white balance or exposure compensation...there is nothing wrong with the phones sensor and can easily beat any phone out there. Although Sony has just implemented it's high end spec camera using a 23 Mpixel, G-lens/Bionz and Xmor-RS, true full axis stabilization(pitch, roll, yaw) and has an ISO range of a whopping 12800!! Technology usually only seen in their more expensive DSLR photography cameras.

not using any type of Burst shooting, how fast is the processor on taking quick focused shots? LG stylo 2+ is very slow. Note 4 is fast.

Comparison is done great, but you should know more about the physics behind photography to make accurate commentary. Too much wrong info about how cameras work, so don't listen to the narrator just watch the imagery.

The manual mode will be able to fix the issues mentioned, just need to set a lower EV and adjust WB,
Alternatively, you can turn HDR on in auto mode.
