When this issue occurs, follow the guide instructions on the screen. Press the F2 Key (if attached to a keyboard) or the Volume Down button to enter the BIOS menu.
Once in the BIOS, reset the custom BIOS options (if any). Verify that the date and time are correct, and change any other needed BIOS menu options for your normal configuration and then restart the computer.

If changing time and date still doesent work it probably needs a new cmos battery thats what fixed mine

I did press f1 but it still doesn't work, inatead it says "invalid partition table" which I don't even understand what it means. 😭😭😭😭

O meu desktop da Dell também apresentou essa mensagem time of day not set e a de SupportAssist is running a system scan to detect any potential hardware problems.Fiz o scaneamento e voltava a funcionar e também quando acertava a data e hora também voltava a funcionar, ai troquei a bateria tipo uma moeda que vai na placa e aparentemente sanou o problema, já que tinha uns 6 anos.Espero que meu relato contribua com alguma forma!
