Can we get a vid from Fraser showing us newbies how to change a tire tube or other emergency fixes? Also need to know where to put these kits on the bike.
So glad to see Fraser presenting again! Love that Scottish accent 😊

Got an couple of older S Works Shiv’s, so built into the frame, but use bottles mounted behind the seats for watered down gels.
Good to see Frasier back.

Great to see you back, Frasier! How about a video teaching how to attach the bottle cages with zip-ties on the aero bars and behind the saddle?

I use two behind the saddle which work great for me. I also have an empty cage on the downtube during a longer race. There I can (temporarily) place one of bottles from the fueling station. This gives me a bit of extra time during that exchange period.
