Microsoft Store says yes--full version of Windows 8.1 (not RT.)  They can keep the price lower on it by not including Office.  It has a trial to 365, but the more expensive tablets usually include Office installed.  Looks a solid tablet for the more budget minded.

I really want to get one of these but I want to see how well this handles gaming. Does anyone know? Also does anyone know if it handles emulators well?
