if you listen to Lewis close enough in basically all the yoglabs episodes and this, yoglabs is separate from all world governments, and repeatedly gets hit by bombing runs by said world governments. Yoglabs is also planning on doing a world wide invasion for world domination. World governments seem to be targeting yoglabs possibly due to their cloning program and the effect it could have on everybody if used improperly.
