I think she heard what she wanted to hear because of all her abandonment issues. She probably created a big fantasy in her head. I think Sean is too decent and level headed to have said things just to keep her interest going.

He really has a good heart. He felt bad to let people go.
He changed his mind, it was fate, he did not feel she was the right one. She put him on the spot which was not nice.

I feel pretty confident she just made up that accusation on the spot for the sole purpose of humiliating Sean in front of everyone. She was hurt he sent her home and didn't check on her, and this was her quick, easy way of getting back at him. Saying "Don't worry, I feel nothing for the other women" just does not sound like something a bachelor would ever say.

I really loved Ashlee until she did this. I get that she's hurt, but this made me lose a lot of respect for her.

I can recall watching this for the first time and asking my parents "Did he really say that?" I totally don't believe he'd say that. He's happily married to Catherine with 3 kids.

The fact that she said that after all her arguments before that, made me believe she was lying, if it was true I would have said that in the beginning of the conversation, not after all her first arguments got knocked down

I don't think he said it. Obviously he didn't because he is still with his final pick. I think she heard something different and twisted his words. I actually empathized with her until she pulled that.

I never liked Ashlee whilst she was on his season; she was always so self involved and mean nice and this just highlights it. What a terrible person, trying to throw Sean under the bus like that. So manipulative and so disgraceful. This is why you weren't picked....you were not nice. I was happy when you were finally sent home. Hopefully she's found peace within herself now.

He likely communicated something that made her think she was the front runner (at the time) but that does not mean he had no feelings for the other two! Clearly he did otherwise he wouldn’t have kept those two and sent her home! So he had no reason to say that or try to manipulate her. She likely heard more than what he said and it translated to her mind that way. She seems like she genuinely believes it and he genuinely denies it!

If Sean actually said he had no feelings for the other two girls then how come they stayed and Ashlee got booted? Obviously he had feelings for all three of the women there at the time!
