I think I know exactly how they do this.

How they get the animations:
Animations are likely in the game's ReplicatedStorage, which contains files that can be accessed on both the client and server. They likely use exploits to either check the inventory of yielding arts, or somehow get access to the IDs within ReplicatedStorage.

How they "play" the animations ingame: Exploits. They replace the animation on the client. Once again, Animations are either stored in ReplicatedStorage or the "Tools" the game use. Yes... Tools. TSB Uses tools. Or at least it used to.

That's my best guess on how people do this. Kinda sucks since the only reason this can happen is because Roblox allows anyone to download the asset(s). Even though you can't buy animations.

Every community has a leaker, whether it's a developer or a rat. Don't let that discourage you from making your own game, after all, it's something all of us will face inevitably 😌

2:42 actually, the animation for head first DID come with the movement, but the leak shown was an early version. they are using exploits to use the anims in the real tsb, and also using exploits to change their leaderboard gui making it SEEM like they are the developer.

Basically the same thing that happened with TDS halloween 2023. There was an exploiter that found the game files and found the animations and leaked them to people on youtube
